I think the judge should humor him and grant his summary judgment motion. He'd go crazy trying to collect on it.

Chambers lawsuit, which was filed on Friday in Douglas County Court, seeks a permanent injunction ordering God to cease certain harmful activities and the making of terroristic threats.

Wouldn't this be equivalent to a child telling his parents they must stop certain activities b/c they don't like them? Usually authority is "passed down the ladder" not up.

On a more serious note:
Quote:
Chambers says he isn't suing God because he has any kind of beef with the deity. He says the suit is to fight possible laws restricting the filing of frivolous lawsuits. Chambers tells KPTM FOX 42 News that his lawsuit is in response to bills brought forth by other state senators to try and stop lawsuits from being filed.

Right... can we get this loonball out of Congress now?

Let's file frivolous lawsuits that we know will become viral news fodder in order to get attention!

Thus, let us give frivolous-lawsuit-filer-man the attention he's trying to get via further propogating of said fodder!
